As a contractor, you will leverage your nursing expertise to improve, review, and contribute to the training of advanced AI models that support healthcare solutions globally. This role involves remote work with a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize clinical knowledge to annotate, review, and validate healthcare data for AI training purposes.

• Collaborate with engineers and fellow experts to ensure high data quality and relevance for model development.

• Provide in-depth feedback on AI-generated outputs, identifying gaps in patient care representation and accuracy.

• Translate complex medical information into clear, accessible language for AI processing.

• Maintain up-to-date awareness of current nursing practices, health policies, and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong clinical knowledge and experience in nursing practice.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
