Job Description

  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date healthcare records and clinical reports
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for side effects or adverse reactions
  • Prescribe and support the use of assistive medical devices and related treatment procedures
  • Record patient vital signs and document medical and nursing information accurately
  • Order and coordinate required medical diagnostic and clinical tests
  • Monitor, observe, report, and record symptoms or changes in patient condition
  • Administer non-intravenous medications in accordance with medical guidelines
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care plans in coordination with the healthcare team
  • Modify patient treatment and nursing care plans based on patient condition and response to care
