Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse, based in Bengaluru. The Nurse will be responsible for supporting dermatological and skincare treatments, ensuring excellent patient care, and assisting in maintaining clinical protocols. Daily responsibilities include assessing patients, preparing treatment rooms, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with the medical team to provide seamless and effective care. The individual will also educate clients on post-treatment care and provide recommendations for skincare routines and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Clinical skills in patient care, treatment preparation, and health assessment
- Knowledge of dermatological and non-invasive skin treatments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage compassionately with patients
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Certification and licensure as a Nurse (RN or equivalent) in compliance with local regulations
- Previous experience in dermatology or skincare services is a plus
- Basic digital literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Commitment to maintaining a professional and patient-focused environment
