Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role located in Sector-5, Saltlake, Kolkata. The Nurse will be responsible for assisting with patient care, administering prescribed treatments, assisting Doctors during USG scans, monitoring patient health, and supporting fertility procedures under the guidance of clinicians. Additional duties include maintaining accurate medical records, educating and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, clinical procedures, and administering medications
• Experience with reproductive healthcare and assisting with fertility treatments
• Experience with Clinics in USG Department, OPD Department, Recovery Rooms
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and manage patient documentation
• Strong communication, patient education, and counseling skills
• Understanding of safety, hygiene protocols, and infection control practices
• Empathy, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Valid nursing certification is a must
• Experience in fertility clinics or women's health is an advantage
• Fluency in local languages and English is preferable
