Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Key responsibilities include preparing, administering, and scanning radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with radiation safety protocols, operating imaging equipment, as well as working collaboratively with medical professionals to assess, diagnose, and monitor medical conditions. The role requires precise documentation and effective communication with patients to ensure their safety and comfort during procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Radiation Safety and handling Radiopharmaceuticals
  • Certification or eligibility for certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Nuclear Medicine and associated diagnostic imaging practices
  • Background in medical sciences, such as Medicine or related fields, demonstrating a solid understanding of clinical practices
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience in an accredited healthcare facility is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or a related medical field is preferred
