  • Lead Pan-India partnerships
  • Own P&L, and scale digital cross-sell at scale

Job Description

  • Develop and manage key partnerships to drive business growth within Retail Banking & Loans Providers.
  • Identify potential partners and establish mutually beneficial relationships in the Financial Services sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with a focus on long-term value creation.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities in New Delhi.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on partnership performance to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all partnership activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful NSM (Partnership) should have:

  • Proven expertise in the Financial Services industry, particularly in Retail Banking & Loans Providers.
  • Strong understanding of partnership development and management strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and industry regulations.
