Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned revenue and business targets by acquiring, retaining, and upgrading HNW NR (Non-Resident) customer relationships.
  • Drive deepening of relationships by increasing the wallet share of existing NR clients and growing the NR book size.
  • Cross-sell bank products including Insurance, Mutual Funds, Investment Services Accounts, and other third-party offerings.
  • Manage inward and outward remittances to ensure seamless transaction experience for NR clients.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to conduct promotional and lead generation activities to meet the NR business targets.
  • Act as a Product and Process Trainer for branch staff related to NR offerings, helping them upskill and effectively engage with NR prospects.
  • Handle all service requests, queries, and complaints from NR HNW customers, ensuring timely and quality resolutions.
  • Implement and follow the structured sales process for client acquisition, onboarding, and engagement.
  • Source new business through referrals, market research, and networking, while maintaining high service standards.
  • Prepare and share periodic reports on customer engagement, revenue performance, and service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 26 years in Relationship Management roles, preferably handling NRI or HNW clients in banking.
  • Education: Graduate (MBA or relevant certification in finance/investment advisory is a plus).
  • Good understanding of NR products, investment solutions, and foreign remittance processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Sound knowledge of cross-sell opportunities in banking and wealth management.
