Position Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION
Mange all NPI activities related to Supply Chain (Customer desk, PO management, material flow establishment, ODT/PPAP shipment coordination etc).
Safety
Key Job Areas of Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for 3rd party ECP management, including competency and cost monitoring.
- Lead daily T2 meeting discuss daily Safety objectives critical issues and process + Quarterly Process Capability review & action plan.
- Gemba Safety Audit - Action & implementation.
ME And NPI Function Support
- Mange all NPI activities related to Supply Chain (Customer desk, PO management, material flow establishment, ODT/PPAP shipment coordination etc).
- Raw material or Child parts procurement & ensure availability on time for NPI events.
- Define overall supply chain flow for NPI parts.
- Packaging development for NPI parts with support from packaging manager.
- Customer Approval with sign off for Packaging.
- Warehouse Management for Child Parts & FGI.
- Coordinate with Cross Function team members to support New Product Development.
- Will be first point of contact with customer, establish the systems as per customer expectations, manage customer audit. Handover to related sub-functions of Supply Chain.
- Ensure customer requirements and procedures are compliant with legal regulations.
Education / Qualifications
- BE/Diploma (Mechanical /Production/Electrical).
Experience
Min. Graduate with min. 5 years of experience Automobile Industry mainly in Supply Chain Management.
Key Skills And Knowledge
- Uses LSW in their daily activities and quarterly reviews the content
- Contributes actively to continuously improve plant performance: consistently identifies opportunities to eliminate losses and proposes solutions for the improvement of their own activities and of the plant
- Proposes the number of ideas Kaizen / month in accordance with the objectives of the plant
- Attends all meetings at which their function is required (daily meetings at 1,2,3 or 4 level, as appropriate, or weekly / monthly, etc. meetings)
