We are seeking an experienced New Product Development Engineer (NPD ENGG) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and a passion for driving innovation through the development of new products.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage new product development projects from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure product feasibility and market readiness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Develop product specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Test and validate prototypes to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 10-11 years of experience in new product development engineering.
- Strong project management skills and experience with project management tools.
- Proficient in CAD software and other engineering design tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
