Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a North East India Travel Consultant, located in Thane. The primary responsibilities include designing tailor-made travel plans, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The consultant will assist customers in creating memorable travel experiences while ensuring smooth operations and personalized support.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with knowledge of North East Indian destinations
- Proficient in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, ensuring seamless trip planning
- Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interactions
- Familiarity with travel industry tools and software is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
