Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for Chat and Email support roles in our Bangalore office. This position is ideal for freshers and entry-level candidates looking to start their careers in customer service.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via chat and email in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate support.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using chat and email communication tools.
Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
