1. Position Details
Job Title: Field Recruiter
Function: Talent Acquisition / Field Hiring
Mandatory Skills:
Field recruitment, bulk hiring, blue collar recruitment, should know local language.
Exp – 1+ yrs
Education – Any graduate
2. Position Purpose
The Field Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end field hiring activities for
blue-collar, shopfloor, technician, operator, and entry-level roles across
assigned regions. The role requires extensive ground-level sourcing, coordination
with local vendors, institutes, and manpower suppliers, and ensuring timely
closures as per business requirements.
3. Key Responsibilities
Field Recruitment & Sourcing
Conduct on-ground recruitment activities including walk-ins, job fairs,
campus drives, and local sourcing.
Source candidates through local consultants, manpower agencies, ITIs,
polytechnics, vocational institutes, and community networks.
Coordinate and manage bulk hiring requirements for plant/site locations.
Screen candidates for basic eligibility, experience, and role fit.
Maintain a strong local talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Coordination & Execution
Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and site-level assessments.
Support documentation collection, background verification coordination,
and joining formalities.
Ensure timely joining and reduce offer dropouts through regular follow-ups.
Act as a point of contact between candidates, site teams, and HR.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain daily hiring trackers, joining reports, and MIS updates.
Share regular status updates with regional HR and stakeholders.
Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies and compliance
standards.
4. Required Skills & Competencies
Functional Skills
Strong experience in field / mass / blue-collar recruitment.
Hands-on exposure to local market hiring and regional sourcing practices.
Ability to manage high-volume hiring within tight timelines.
Knowledge of shopfloor / technician / operator roles preferred.
Behavioral & Soft Skills
Good local language communication skills (Hindi / regional language
mandatory).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Result-oriented and target-driven mindset.
5. Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Diploma (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
1–4 years of experience in field recruitment / mass hiring.
Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, or industrial
hiring is an advantage.
6. Working Conditions
Field-intensive role with frequent travel.
Based out of assigned region/location.
Fast-paced hiring environment with bulk requirements.
7. Preferred Profile
Local candidates with strong regional network.
Immediate or short notice period preferred.
Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
