Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Qualification: Any Graduate

Gender: Female candidates only

Work Type: Full-time (6 days/week)

Language: Good English communication required

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media & referrals
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and provide feedback
• Support onboarding and posting job openings

Requirements:

• Basic recruitment experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles
