Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
- Maintain a database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in non-IT roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to assess candidates skills and cultural fit for the organization.
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
