The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various non-IT roles within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for various non-IT positions across different departments.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels to attract potential candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruitment agencies.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, preferably in non-IT sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in India.
