Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
• Experience in NON IT recruitment(Healthcare, Banking, manufacturing, engineering, FMCG), HR consulting, or corporate hiring preferred
• Proven ability to manage clients and generate new business opportunities
• Strong negotiation, business acumen, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments effectively
