Non It Recruiter

Position: Non It Recruiter (Immediate Joiner)

Experience Level: 3 to 7 Years

Location: 100 feet road, Madhapur, Hyderabad

Work Timings: Purely Night Shifts (6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for specialized positions.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings on LinkedIn, candidate outreach via phone/email/LinkedIn, interviews, and coordination for submissions.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS), update candidate pipelines, and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years in staffing/recruitment, ideally with non-IT sectors (engineering, manufacturing, legal, construction).

Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and ATS systems.

Strong communication skills for candidate management; experience with US time zones from India a plus.

Ability to handle multiple requirements with a continuous recruiting mindset.
