Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various non-IT roles across different levels.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
Skills and Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
