1. Handle end-to-end US Non-IT recruitment for full-time positions

2. Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels

3. Screen candidates, submit profiles, and coordinate interviews

4. Work closely with BDMs to understand client requirements

5. Maintain strong follow-ups with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process
