About The Opportunity
We are hiring a target-based Non-IT Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across non-technical functions on a remote-first model. This is a high-impact role for recruiters who thrive on hitting KPIs, building deep candidate pipelines, and closing volume hires with speed and quality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for non-IT positions: source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and close candidates to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri/Indeed), Boolean search and referral channels to build a consistent, qualified pipeline.
- Conduct structured phone and video screens, evaluate fit against JD and competency frameworks, and present curated shortlists to hiring managers.
- Manage offer workflow and candidate negotiations; coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth handover to HR/Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM, track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer-acceptance) and deliver weekly status reports.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job briefs, set realistic SLAs, and implement process improvements to scale volume hiring.
