Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to meet bulk staffing needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand and anticipate non-technical staffing requirements.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and job fairs to build a large talent pool
  • Screen large volumes of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates quickly and effectively.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate or conduct in-person interviews to assess candidate fit for various roles and levels.
  • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience (typically 1-3 years) in full-cycle recruitment,especially in bulk or mass hiring for non-IT roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in using social media, job portals, ATS, and recruitment analytics tools
