Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-IT roles, including creating job descriptions, posting ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing offer negotiations.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking, career fairs, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Screening and Interviewing:
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person or virtual interviews to assess candidates skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Knowledge:
  • Stay informed of industry trends and talent pools in non-IT fields to proactively identify high-quality candidates.
  • Reporting and Metrics:
  • Track recruitment progress and metrics, reporting on key hiring data, time-to-fill, and candidate quality to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment (non-IT roles),
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing tools and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • A passion for finding the right talent and contributing to team success.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for specific non-IT fields (e.g., Sales, Manufacturing).
  • Previous experience working with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, or niche job boards.
