We are looking for an experienced Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment for our organization. This role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding large numbers of candidates within tight timelines while ensuring quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Recruitment
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements across various roles and locations.
- Manage large-scale walk-ins, job fairs, and virtual hiring drives.
- Sourcing & Screening
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, agencies) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment partners for bulk hiring initiatives.
- Process Management
- Ensure smooth scheduling of interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on hiring progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in bulk or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools (ATS experience preferred).
