Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates for non-IT and BPO roles using job boards, social media, recruitment platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements for various roles across multiple platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlisting candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process for both candidates and the recruitment team.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms, and handle any queries regarding salary, benefits, etc.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate status, feedback, and placement details.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to joining.
  • Client Interaction: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job specifications, and to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand and reputation in the job market, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
