Non-IT Recruiter

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Non-IT Recruiter. The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for handling the full-life cycle recruiting process, from identifying candidate needs and sourcing to screening and onboarding new hires. Daily tasks include posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate databases. The recruiter will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Recruiting experience in non-IT domains
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
