Job Description : Non-IT Recruiter

*We are actively seeking dynamic and experienced individuals for a remote, target-based opportunity in outbound calling during the night shift.

*This role is ideally suited for those with extensive outbound calling experience in International BPOs, specifically in the US/Canada geography.

*Candidates with no prior experience in healthcare recruitment are also welcome.

*Proven experience in heavy outbound calling, particularly during night shifts for the US/Canada time zones.

*Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

*Self-disciplined and comfortable, target-based model.

*Preference is given to those with no prior experience in general recruitment but with a background in healthcare outbound calling.
