Job Title: Senior MERN Engineer

Job Location: Indore (2-3 days from office)

Experiences: 5-8 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid

Shift Timings- 12 PM – 9 PM IST

Job Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities)

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB,

Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

• Architect and optimize backend APIs for high performance and security.

• Develop responsive front-end components using React.js with modern UI frameworks.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless

user experiences.

• Implement authentication and authorization solutions (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

• Work with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) for efficient data management.

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Optimize application performance and handle scalability challenges.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in MERN stack development and emerging technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Redux, Hooks, Context API, or other state management tools.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git workflows.

• Strong understanding of security best practices for web applications.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to work in agile development environments (Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Degree plus related IT field work experience.

• Proven communication skills (written and verbal) in working with management, clients, and

technological experts.

• Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook, JIRA and Confluence

• Experience with Insurance Industry is a huge plus.
