1. Communication

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Executive-level communication is important because of the final Executive Round.

1. Cloud & DevOps

• AWS experience.
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge.
• DevOps practices.
• Networking concepts.
• Production/application deployment exposure.

1. Modern Technology Exposure

• Node.js + Java good to have .
• AI/GenAI exposure is an advantage.
• Experience with platforms/products used by a large internal user base.
