We are seeking a highly skilled and minimum 3-7 years experienced Senior Node.js Developer to lead our server-side application development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing code reviews, enhancing scalability, and optimizing application performance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and implement scalable server-side components for web applications.
- Optimize application architecture for performance and responsiveness.
- Mentor and guide developers in coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end elements seamlessly.
- Ensure code quality wrt scalable clean code, memory optimization, parallel execution, threads etc.
- Look into nodejs code of our existing apps and suggest improvements.
- Should be able to lead a developer team, techno manager role
