Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer to build scalable, secure, and high-performance server-side applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development expertise, experience with APIs and databases, and the ability to develop efficient solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
2. Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services
3. Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams
4. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing backend systems

Required Skills :

1. Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and asynchronous programming
2. Experience with Express.js and REST API development
3. Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
4. Familiarity with Git, version control, and backend debugging techniques
5. Understanding of authentication, security, and server-side best practices

Preferred Qualification :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
2. 3+ years of experience in Node.js or backend development
3. Experience with cloud platforms and deployment processes
4. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
5. Knowledge of testing frameworks and performance optimization techniques
