NOC Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a NOC Engineer based in Panaji. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring network operations, performing system troubleshooting, providing technical support, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring network security. The role involves responding to system alerts, diagnosing connectivity issues, and implementing resolutions to ensure service continuity and reliability.

• Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) tasks such as network monitoring and fault detection
• Proficiency in Network Administration and related maintenance activities
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills, with the ability to resolve network and system issues
• Understanding of Network Security principles and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar role within the IT or telecommunications industry is advantageous
