We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intensivist (DM/DrNB-Critical Care Medicine) to join our team in India. This role is essential for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring high standards of medical practice and patient support.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the intensive care unit (ICU) setting.
- Monitor and assess critically ill patients conditions and respond accordingly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and arterial line insertion.
- Educate and support patients families about critical care processes and patient conditions.
- Participate in departmental rounds and contribute to case discussions and decision-making.
Skills and Qualifications
- DM or DrNB in Critical Care Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Strong clinical knowledge of critical care protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficient in the use of medical equipment and technology relevant to critical care.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
