Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across enterprise environments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
- Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into working solutions.
- Manage platform upgrades, module enhancements, and performance optimization.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle (end-to-end) ServiceNow implementation.
Expertise in at least three of the following ServiceNow modules :
- ITSM (IT Service Management)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
- SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and integration approaches.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Good To Have
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or Architect certifications).
- Experience working in Agile environments.
