Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Night Shift Security Guard at SERA MEY INC, located in Devanahalli. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the organization's premises, including monitoring the property during nighttime hours, managing access control, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to security incidents or emergencies. The role also involves interacting professionally with employees, visitors, and stakeholders to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact professionally and effectively with individuals in diverse situations.
- Experience in Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security practices for maintaining the safety of the premises and individuals.
- Ability to work during night shifts and remain vigilant and responsive in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in documenting incidents and reporting as required.
- Experience with security equipment and technology is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or within the healthcare industry is advantageous.
