Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Night Auditor based in India, with the flexibility to work remotely for specific tasks. The Night Auditor will ensure financial accuracy by performing end-of-day audits, reconcile daily transactions, handle cash, and process reservations. The role also involves customer service responsibilities to address any guest inquiries, as well as completing receptionist tasks during designated hours.
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and maintaining front desk operations
- Proficiency in Reservations management, including booking systems and guest database handling
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address guest needs professionally and efficiently
- Previous experience with Cash Handling, including managing cash transactions and reconciling accounts
- Ability to work during night shifts with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software is preferred
- Educational background in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage
