Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Night Auditor role located in Hyderabad. The Night Auditor will manage the hotel front desk during night shifts, oversee reservations, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, address guest queries, and perform nightly accounting tasks such as balancing accounts and verifying revenue reports. They will work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth overnight services, compliance with hotel standards, and a seamless experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receptionist Duties, Reservations, and front desk operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to address guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and basic financial tasks
• Basic knowledge of hotel management software and an understanding of night audit procedures is preferred
• High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adherence to confidentiality and professionalism
• Flexibility to work night shifts and ensure smooth operations during non-regular hours
• Previous experience in a hospitality or related role is a plus
