  • Zoom Phone deployment, support, and troubleshooting
  • Cisco Voice (CUBE, Voice Gateways, SIP)
  • Voice & Collaboration engineering 3+ years
  • Global voice infrastructure support & implementation
  • SIP trunks, SBCs, and telecom ISP management
  • Video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Poly, Cisco)
  • SFDC Voice integration
  • Production support and rollout experience
