- The role is part of the transformation team that works within NFRM (Non-Financial Risk Management) and with stakeholders in the business and other control functions to assess, design and lead the delivery of business outcomes across our ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) tool known as dbGRC.
- Partnering with Global Technology, the transformation team are Process Owners for the ServiceNow IRM tool. In the role you will be accountable for the build out of functionality and on-going maintenance of NFRM business-owned application by partnering with our implementation partners, managing stakeholders, acting as requirements gatekeeper, solution design and subject matter experts for the entire user community. You will assist with the Business configuration of the platforms to meet stakeholders requirements and to deliver operating model initiatives.
Your key responsibilities
- Engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the DB landscape providing support to draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs); analyze and document current and future state Non-Financial Risk operation model (process, Data, people, Systems) i.e. Operational Resilience.
- Managing the requirements pipeline from stakeholders pre- and post-go-live including sprint planning, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases for UAT and providing support throughout the build and testing.
- Oversee implementation of upgrades and customization across the NFRM Business owned applications in line with the Banks Policies and principles and NFRMs strategy.
- Attend project meetings and conference calls and provide administrative support when required (agenda creating and minute taking), and escalation management, etc.
- Exchange of specialist information with colleagues, e.g., presentations / micro-training once you have become an SME in one of our areas.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and be readily available for urgent tasks (management fire drills to pull together documentation)
Your skills and experience

- University degree, preferably in a quantitative/science-related discipline or finance, business economics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems
- Proven agile experience of 4+ years as Business Analyst / Product Owner and having an experience in ServiceNow is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of Operational risk management principles and the regulatory environment
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Process flow chart / data modelling is advantageous.
