About The Opportunity
This role sits in the IT Services / Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and IT Operations Analytics sector, supporting enterprise monitoring, user-experience telemetry, and incident-to-resolution workflows for large-scale Windows endpoint estates. We are hiring an on-site Nexthink Functional Consultant focused on UXM (L2) to deliver and operationalize Nexthink use-cases for customers across India. Primary job title: Nexthink Functional Consultant (UXM).
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Nexthink UXM use-cases: dashboards, metrics, and alerts to measure digital employee experience.
- Perform L2 support and incident troubleshooting for Nexthink collectors, connectors, and data pipelines to restore service quickly.
- Translate business requirements into Nexthink dashboards, Finder queries, and visualisations to drive actionable IT and workplace insights.
- Integrate Nexthink with ITSM and observability platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) using REST APIs and automation scripts.
- Conduct health checks, tuning, and capacity validation for Nexthink deployments and recommend optimisations for scale.
- Produce clear runbooks, technical documentation, and deliver knowledge-transfer sessions for operations teams.
