Job Description

As the Next Gen-Premier Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in acquiring and retaining high-value customers for the bank's premier services. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will work closely with the sales team, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to ensure a high-performing sales culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target high-net-worth individuals and businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the sales team.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and customer acquisition.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through various channels, including referrals and networking.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare periodic sales reports for management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, especially in the premier segment, is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
