About the role:

We are seeking a News Editor to oversee and lead editorial teams in producing high-quality news content. You will manage editorial workflows, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and refine articles for clarity, engagement, and accuracy.

Responsibilities :

• Lead editorial teams to produce timely, accurate, and engaging news content across various platforms.
• Oversee the editorial calendar and ensure content is relevant, fresh, and aligned with audience interests.
• Edit and refine articles, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to editorial standards.
• Collaborate with writers, journalists, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality reports.
• Manage breaking news coverage and ensure fast-paced, accurate reporting in real-time.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a News Editor or similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and meet tight deadlines.
• A sharp editorial eye, with impeccable attention to detail.
• Passion for current affairs, global trends, and innovative storytelling.
