Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Newborn & Maternity Photography-Sales Executive located in Malad, Mumbai. The role involves consulting with potential clients to understand their photography needs, presenting service packages, and guiding them through the booking process. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and representing the brand in a professional and friendly manner. The Sales Executive will work closely with the photography team to ensure a seamless experience for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering trust.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and achieving targets
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of photography, understanding of maternity and newborn photography trends is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a creative team in a dynamic environment
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and schedules
  • Experience with retail or service-oriented sales, preferably in the photography industry
  • Passion for creating personalized client experiences and a keen eye for detail
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with basic sales tools/software
