As an innovative company, we are constantly working on new technologies in the domain of green energy and decarbonization. You will be responsible for developing concepts for new technologies, prototyping to test and validate the concepts and develop full scale solutions for customer offering. This role would require collaboration with research partners and external companies.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Prepare heat and mass balance diagram for the complete cycle (steam, organic rankine cycle).
• Optimization of cycle and finalization of technical specification of key components
• Detail understanding of cycle components - rotating components (compressors, expanders, pumps, heat exchangers etc.).
• Evaluate technical offers from vendors and discuss with vendors to finalize components
• Understanding of technology development projects from prototyping to till final execution
• Develop small test setups for testing - concept, designing, execution, testing and validation
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with all functions in the project development
• Cooperation with national / international research partners

What You Bring

• 5-8 years of experience in cycle development + components finalization for new technologies development.
• Technical skills with proven track record of completing interdisciplinary research and development projects in the global environment.
• Excellent technical know-how of thermodynamic cycles / process flows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• B. Tech. / M. Tech. from IIT's and other premier institutes
