This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a New Product Development Specialist. The role involves leading the development and introduction of new products, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with market demands. Key responsibilities include conducting research and development for innovative product solutions, managing projects from inception to completion, and applying analytical skills to oversee effective solution implementation. The specialist will also collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful product launches.

• Strong Product Development and Research and Development (R&D) expertise
• Proficient in Analytical Skills to evaluate data and problem-solving scenarios
• Project Management experience to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively
• Excellent Communication skills for cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Relevant educational background in Engineering, Product Development, or related fields
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on new projects
• Experience in industries such as Automotive, Railways, Defence, or CleanTech is an advantage
