- Responsible for Product development & launches under the Private Label portfolio as per the business plan
- Building a Product Portfolio Strategy , Vendor Development for the relevant portfolio, Launch of products as per the plan
- Product commercials and negotiations
- Pricing and Promotion planning along with the Category team
- Delivering targeted margins for the portfolio
- Bench marking tracking & continuous Quality improvement Stock Management at Vendor's end Product Supply.
- New product concepts & strategies in collaboration with marketing team
- Ensure compliance with brand standards along various points of execution and plan development.
- Develop and execute ideas independently
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Innovative & Creative
Candidate Profile
What you need to have:
5+ Years of experience in research and development of New product in Personal care/Beauty
Understanding composition/ingredient of Personal care/ Beauty products
- Should be a self-starter with a keen ability to work on multiple projects
- Must be highly detail oriented, proactive, strong follow through and ability to multi task
- Demonstrates ownership of programs; embracing both big picture objectives
- Must possess excellent communication, analytical, creative and computer skills
- Must be flexible and determined; possessing the ability to handle a multitude of projects
- Must be an excellent team player; possessing the ability to build, foster relationships
- Appreciation for a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Must have the potential to assume increased responsibility
