Experience Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in implementation of large-scale Telco Oracle BRM applications.
• 5+ years of expertise in analysis and development including installation, migration, integration, and deployment of Oracle BRM.
• 3+ years of experience in offline charging (OCOMC).
• 2+ years of experience integrating BRM with Siebel and OSM via Oracle AIA.

Role Overview

The role involves requirement analysis, design, development, customization, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) systems. The candidate will support complex telecom billing environments, ensure efficient pricing configurations, manage integrations, and maintain high-availability architecture while adhering to application management and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions for Oracle BRM systems.
• Develop, customize, and enhance BRM applications including offline rating and charging.
• Perform extensive debugging, monitoring, and performance tuning of BRM systems.
• Configure and customize OCOMC and develop cartridges as per business needs.
• Design and configure pricing using PDC including tiered, volume, zone-based, and APN-based pricing.
• Develop custom FM, opcodes, DM (Data Manager), and EM (External Manager).
• Support BRM application monitoring and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Ensure efficient integration using BRM JCA and BRM Web Services.
• Perform BRM and OCOMC upgrades and support implementation improvements.
• Work on HA/DR architecture setup and support.
• Use configuration management and DevOps tools such as Git, Bitbucket, SVN for version control.
• Support incident and ticket management processes under the application management framework.
• Participate in solution design using RxDOD framework and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Collaborate within onshore/offshore distributed delivery models.
• Ensure proper documentation, deployment, and lifecycle management of BRM components.

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle BRM and Offline Charging (OCOMC).
• Experience in Pricing Design and Configuration through PDC.
• BRM opcode and cartridge development.
• Experience in Shell, Perl, or Java programming.
• Good understanding of BRM architecture and data models.
• Integration experience with external systems via Oracle AIA.
• Knowledge of ECE (added advantage).
• Experience with HA/DR architectures and configuration management processes.
