Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage production support activities to keep applications running smoothly.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Make informed decisions to maintain application uptime and minimize disruptions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding system status, incidents, and resolutions.
Implement process improvements to enhance production support operations.

Required Experience:

1–2 years of experience in production support or related Java/SQL projects.
Experience in supply chain domain projects.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
