Job Description

New lead generation and client acquisition activities related to AMC across the designated region.

Enhancing business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the

industry; researching and analysing sales options.

Presenting the company profile effectively and displaying the Value additions that we bring to

the clients table.

Focusing on Solutions selling and achieving sales commitments/Quotas as per set targets.

Assessing competition and strategizing the way forward to close the sale.

Engaging existing clients & key account management.

Ensuring customer satisfaction, helping stake holders during execution.

Following the set sales procedures, updating status of every prospect/opportunity/client in Internal

CRM.

Maintaining technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional

publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in

industry related workshops.

Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Maintaining cordial relations with all internal departments for better productivity.

Being a flag bearer of eZone Values and culture in external markets.
