Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a New Business Development Manager located in Mohali, Punjab. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing effective sales presentations, and managing client accounts. It also includes generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth while meeting company objectives. The candidate will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful Sales Presentations
• Skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Demonstrated success in Sales and achieving targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to identifying business opportunities and problem-solving
• Relevant experience in the construction or packaging industry is a plus
• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
