Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic MBA Intern to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a keen interest in driving business growth through innovative strategies.

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in sales outreach, digital marketing campaigns, and strategic planning, contributing directly to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

• Assist in identifying and generating new leads through research and outreach.
• Support the team in creating and delivering sales pitches and presentations.
• Follow up on leads and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Digital Marketing:
• Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, etc.).
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Market Research:
• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Pursuing an MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box..

Basic knowledge of Sales processes and Marketing strategies.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Knowledge of social media platforms, Google Analytics, or SEO is a bonus.

Ready to travel if required.
